A pleasant surprise!

I was charmed by the unexpected room upgrade. I reserved a double room but received a queen room. The beds were clean. The location is REALLY convenient, with easy access to amenities and attractions.
The absence of a proper garbage can, only one in the bathroom, was not ideal. There was not any hand soap.

The staff was friendly (especially the front desk). The location is close to public transportation. The free breakfast included yogurt and fruit, a plus for me.
The room was quite small. There was no desk, I missed a proper workspace. The neighborhood felt unsafe due to many homeless people in the area.

I found the location convenient. A streetcar stop is just outside the hotel. Staff members are helpful and accommodating. Free coffee is available at ALL times, which I thought was a nice touch. I had a simple breakfast at the hotel. It was appreciated.
The neighborhood felt a bit unsafe AT NIGHT, but i didn't experience any issues.

The front desk staff was quite friendly and efficient during check-in. I particularly appreciated that coffee and tea were available around the clock. I found the free breakfast to be quite satisfactory. It saved me time in the morning. The room was very clean upon arrival, which I always value.
